3. Yoga and Stretching
Practicing yoga and stretching exercises can improve flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Focus on each movement and how it feels in your body. Yoga also emphasizes mindfulness and being present in the moment.

4. Journaling
Keeping a journal to record your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations can help you track patterns and gain insight into your body-mind connection. Reflect on your experiences and how your body responds to different situations.

5. Progressive Muscle Relaxation
Progressive muscle relaxation involves tensing and then relaxing each muscle group in your body. This technique can help release physical tension and increase awareness of how stress manifests in your body.
